Thinking back to the books we had as children, at home and in school, there were no simple science books about how the universe was created.
And the rest said God did it. And I don't believe that. I think it all started with a really Big Bang.
What I want to know, what I'm curious about, is that with the removal of religious subjects in public schools, why hasn't there been anything to replace it? I would like to know why few schools' curriculum's venture farther than the earth.
I don't like that our children's education is firmly planted in religion or left in the void. I would like children to have the opportunity to learn, from a young age the simple scientific facts of the creation of the universe.
What do you want your children to learn? Faith or Science? or both?
I've started illustrating and co/writing children's books to teach the science of the Universe to read to my children.
